Rolled Up Lasagna

Make this delicious lasagna recipe for a get together! Rolled up lasagna is a great way to calculate serving portions so that everybody get's a piece!
Ingredients:
- 1.3 lb Ground Beef
- 1 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 Onion Piece
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 7 oz Cream Cheese
- 7 oz Gouda Cheese
- 7 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 5 Parsley Leaves
- 3 Tomato Slices
- 8 Pasta Stripes
- 2 tblspn Olive Oil
Cut up the 1/4 onion into little tiny pieces. Heat up a pan (medium heat) and add 2 table spoons of olive oil. Stir the onion for about 2 minutes. Add half of the ground beef and stir. Add half of the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
Boil water in a big pot and cook the pasta stripes for 10 min.
Lay out the pasta stripes and spread cream cheese on them. Add some shredded gouda and cheddar cheese. Pour some tomato sauce with a spoon and then add the thick sauce ground beef sauce too. Wrap it up and place it on your glass Popit! container. Do this until your Popit! container is full. Add more of everything! (sauce and cheese). Bake at 420°F for 25 minutes, let it cool for a little bit and serve.
Tip: Once you bake it, you can let it cool in the fridge or the freezer for a day (or many). Then just pop it into the oven! It'll be even better this way, because your lasagna will hold better together.
