Return and Refund Policy
Thank you so much for choosing Popit! we are truly grateful for your preference.
We strive to provide the best products and customer service possible and fulfill every order correctly and in a timely manner. If for some reason beyond our control, this is not possible, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
If you wish to return a product purchased on popit.shop, it must meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is unused, unaltered and package must be intact
- It must be within 30 days of the purchase date
We may reduce the amount returned if any of the conditions are met:
- Incorrect delivery address and returned to sender
- Order refused upon delivery
- Returned item without a Return Authorization
- Return is made after the 30 day return window
If the item arrived damaged upon delivery, we will issue a full refund. Please contact returns@popitusa.com with your Order ID and images of the damage and preserve all packaging and items even if they’re damaged. The images must be of a new unused item in its package and failing to provide them will make your order ineligible for a refund. The damage must be clearly shown in the images. After approval, we will issue a pickup request and once we receive the pickup, we will issue a replacement/refund of the order/item, as per your choosing.
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact returns@popitusa.com with your Order ID so we can issue a pickup request, and once we receive the incorrect item, we will issue a replacement/refund of the order/item, as per your choosing.
Order cancellations are only possible before shipping. Please contact returns@popitusa.com at the earliest to cancel an order. The cancellation process may take up to 5 business days and the refund may take up to 14 days. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method for this order, we cannot issue the credit to a different payment method.
In any of this cases regarding orders, we may ask further information to confirm your identity, such as the last 4 digits of the credit card used for payment or shipping address details. Failing to confirm your identity may result in a denial of refund/return/cancellation of an order or item.
